Demoiselle Dragonfly
A photo of a dragonfly which Opal calls a "demoiselle".

Opal likes to pretend that she is a "demoiselle" (a dragonfly) dancing along the creek.

The word usually refers to a young woman dancer. The word "damsel" comes from demoiselle.
